The platform
Three pieces that work as one system.
Most clubs end up with a Facebook page, a group chat, and a notebook. These replace all of it, and they share one set of records — so a child registered on the website is already in the coach’s roster.
A parent portal
Parents register their children and follow schedules from their phone. It installs like an app, with nothing to download from an app store. Payments sent by cash, Zelle, or transfer are submitted with proof and recorded against the right family — so “I sent it last week” becomes a dated record.
A staff dashboard
Every player, family, coach, payment, and attendance record in one place. Who has paid and who is overdue, at a glance. QR check-in at the field, coach onboarding, and roles that decide who sees what.
